I've been reading some pretty amazing things about water retention, fat loss and weight loss. But I'm wondering how much water I should be drinking to lose weight. Some people have said you should drink 4-5 bottles of water while others have said it's best to drink a few cups of water a day. I also have read that drinking too much water can cause excessive sweating. So please let me know what you think. I'm 5'9 and 210lbs. I weigh myself everyday since I'm under a doctor's care to make sure I'm not gaining weight from the prednisone. thanks for any responses.
